Freddie Jefferson, better known as Free P, is a LA-based producer turned artist. With eclectic melodies blended in the soulfulness of Jazz, Country and R&B while serving the lyrical favors of Hip-Hop. Growing up as a military kid, Free moved around often living throughout parts of the South and overseas in Japan before planting roots in Clarksville, Tennessee. His father’s diverse musical background influenced his versatility. After tapping into his artistry during his time at Middle Tennessee State University, he’s composed, produced beats, and contributed to the likes of Isaiah Rashad, The Game, Wiz Khalifa, Lorine Chia, Snow Tha Product, Cyhi Tha Prynce, YgTut, Michael Da Vinci & many more.

After spending years producing other artists, Free put his full artistry on display in 2017 tapping into songwriting. After dropping a few singles and his first EP, AnyDayNow, Free P found his footing in his sound. Since then, he’s released three more projects, In Between in 2018, 2Live4U in 2019, and Healing in Phases in 2021.
